Check-in is available at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival to avoid any fees.

Early check-in and late checkout are not available during high-demand times. However, you can chat with us directly through your reservation link on the day of arrival to check the status of your room. We’ll do our best to accommodate you when possible!

Yes! Each reservation includes on-site parking for one vehicle per room in our designated lot. Need more space? Additional street parking is conveniently available nearby.

Yes! We offer beach chairs and towels for your convenience. Plus, each reservation includes 2 beach badges, which must be returned at checkout.

Yes, Drifting Sands is dog-friendly! We allow up to two dogs per room (sorry, no other pets). A $75 fee per dog and a $100 refundable security deposit apply. Dogs are welcome in our Ocean Breeze and Ocean Front buildings, but not on the top floors to accommodate guests with allergies.

Yes, the beach in Ship Bottom is ADA-friendly. Beach wheelchairs are available for individuals with disabilities through the Ship Bottom Beach Patrol. Advance reservations are recommended:

• Beach wheelchairs can be picked up at Beach Operations Headquarters.

During the off season, dogs are allowed on the beach, but must be on a leash at all times. No dogs are allowed on the beaches between May 1st and October 1st. It is the law that you must clean up after your dog.

In Ship Bottom, protecting the environment is taken seriously:

• Do not walk or climb on the sand dunes — there’s a $500 fine for violations.
• No littering — this also carries a $500 fine. Help keep the beach beautiful and follow all posted regulations during your stay.
